The first consultation usually takes about 30 minutes. Some cases may be more complex and take longer. We do not believe in overbooking our clinic appointments as each patient is equally important. Each patient will be given adequate time for a complete consultation and discussion.

Please bring along the referral letter from your doctor (if there is one) on the first appointment. If you are using a corporate health card, please bring that along as well. If you have any medical records, such as medications, previous operations or test results, please bring them along as the information may be relevant and useful.

You do not need to fast before the consultation. If you are unsure, please check with our clinic staff before you come for the appointment at 64760181. You may require a physical examination but no preparation is required before the consultation. It is advisable for you to wear comfortable and loose clothing to facilitate the examination.

You may pay for the consultation by cash, PayNow, AMEX, VISA or Mastercard. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept NETS, cheques or Diner Cards. All payments are denominated in Singapore Dollars.
